my mum works in bankstown and she says it isn't a real crash hot suburb, alot of 'bad people' around, just wondering how the campus is though...any info, comments, any info at all, facilities and what not.

crime and assault rates are pretty high in that area

huge muslim community...i love bankstown its my fav suburb
im going to bankstown campus
its got a huge muslim association there too
thats all i know
but tha campus is in milpera or sumfing
and i have to catch a train to panania ..where the fuck is that?

isn't milpera like redfern? not sure.

anyway does anyone know if there are trains from pendle hill station to bankstown, or whatever way to get from greystanes to the campus in the shortest amount of time, that doens't require a liscence.

i was walking home from work the other day i was walking along the path and these 2 chicks were walking towards me it was near traffic lights and the cars were stopped, some sleazy wog dude leans out of the back window and screamed out to them "OI!!!! WHAT'S YA NUMBER?!?!?" and when he didnt get a reaction "OI!!!!!!! CHICKS!!!!!! YOUR NUMBER!!!!!!" and then the horn started beeping - i'm sure they charmed the pants off those chicks

i know alot of really good 'wogs' but it's very sad that nearly every lebanese teenager you see, in parra and suburbs like that, give 'wogs' a VERY bad name, to other people. I usually don't 'seriously' discriminate against people, but some of the things i see the majority of leb teens doing sickens me. Though aussies can be just as bad....cat torturers looked like aussies.

im scared to go to bankstown - i thought penrith was bad, but it's probably not even an 1/8 of what bankstown is like.... well i'm not really sure ive never been there, but u know...'people talk' soo u hear things.. ... ... i guess if u make some friends fro the start, u should stick together and watch out [doesnt matter if they're not in ur course] but just be careful.

i have never been approached in a dangerous way ever, i hope this continues in bankstown, avoiding a fight is always better than being in one, even if you win.

umm the area... i said i thought penrith was bad because i used to live on the northern beaches, so going west [and hearing the reputation n stereotype], when i got to penrith it was terrible [lifestyle and attitudes were way different]. but its not as bad as bankstown.

the campus is alryt, nothing wrong with it. my bro goes there also. so not the campus, mostly the area, but not even the whole on penrith, just 'some' areas......

and she wants to move
she says shes sick of all the drunk housing commision ppl that live near her
always fighting and shouting at night...and all this bullshit
plus they steal their stuff..haha
but yeah..not everyone is like that up there
they just got unlucky

im so excited im going to bankstown...i wouldnt wanna go anywhere else
except i hate trains..aargh they scare me
