at least then ppl wont go n then try 2 think of wayz 2 escape asap

Why worry about escape routes? Just walk out if you can't be arsed.

Btw got 52 in 111. It's out of 70 right?

well we got told when we're gonna be given out 102 assignments?
although i think its a pretty crap time for it to be given and to be due

ANYONE know what to do in the 111 assignemtn?
help appreciated

Have you got any of the articles at the back of the assignment sheet? What I've seen so far is most people just regurgitating quotes from there while saying employee self-efficacy is largely affected by the trust one gains in management through the receipt of an award. Summin like that. Just do it in the format we went through in lecture 2 and on that handout they gave us the next week.

but then for the results part
just by being given the mean and standard deviations of trust in management and self-efficacy how can u say that it supports the research question

It's the correlation that supports the research question innit? The large difference between an employee who received an award and one who didnt I thought was the whole thing you base your report on?

It's just finding enough sources to quote from which is the bastard for me. Any idea how many references we're gonna need to be at an acceptable level?
