say at t=0, N(0)=A therefore at t=x, N(x)=2A, since x days later the population must double.

hence
$\\2A=Ae^{0.15x}\\\\2=e^{0.15x}\\\\0.15x=\ln(2)\\\\x=\frac{\ln(2)}{0.15}\\\\x=4.6$
