The simpsons makes me laugh which is why its so good a stress reliever, for some reason this forum relieves the stress a little bit too.

the best way in my opinion is to go the steamroom or the beach or the mountains. If u dont have access to any of those I suggest u to just have a punching bag handy and let it all out.

I reckon the best stress relief is to play some sport on the weekends such as cricket and tennis and socialise.

The beach is also really good for stress relief, especially swimming. Even going for a walk on the beach is helpful.

i wont commit suicide but my parents will murder me for playing such "obnoxious" music so loud anyway...their idea of music is Enya doubt that will relieve stress...
