Treat it as
Then use the methods you would use for any (1 + x)^n expansion. You may end up having to apply BE multiple times. Hopefully someone can provide a more efficient method.

Maybe try and solve the square then expand it



then expand it from here

I am very confident that this is the approach that is intended, though there can be more efficient ones, such as the one @Lith_30 suggests
