Is prelim bio mainly centered around macro or micro biology?

The Preliminary biology course can also be considered micro biology, which can be attributed to the 2nd chapter - "Patterns in Nature"
A lot of microscope work...

biology is so weird! it's just like pdhpe but more technical.
