I know that there is 2 method, One method is the fermentation method, and the other one is the Genetic Engineering method. I need help with the process of producing PHA with Fermentation method by using alcaligenes eutrophus.

by the way it is called PHB, polyhydroxybutanoate, that is derived from the bacteria alcaligenes eutrophus.
1. by feeding the bacteria with rich diet in nutrients so that it multiplies in colonies and then they would secrete a plastic like polymer like polypropylene.

Hey i wanna ask, IS BIOPOL PHA or is it PHB?
Because my teacher told me to do research on PHB, and yet I my research lead me into PHA...

PHA = polyhydroxyalkanoate
PHB = polyhydroxybutanoate
so PHB is a type of PHA

where can i find paper sources as in journals, which i will be able to understand?? or are they all professor standard??

polyhydroxybutanoate are part of Polyhydroxybutyrate. Thats what i got from my research.

biopol is a co-opolymer : full name is -

poly-3-hydryoxybutyrate-poly-3-hydroxyvalerate

now u dont need to know PHA crap, just wat i wroote above, its synthesis, properties, uses and future research

So what iv gathered is that PHB is a type of PHA?
and also if anyone knows anything about the production and reliability of PHB that would be awesome
