They only knew about the 797 Error, I started talking about the errors in attachment 3 and the guy had no idea, I didnt get a chance to ask about these either:

that's the error i used to get, the dump of physical memory one, the update fixed it and i have never had any other problems, if you didn't ask about that one you really should ring back again

Can I email them cause, the phone line is very low volume and I cant hear much (could be my phone ?) And its quite difficult rattling off that type of info as alot of call centre staff would be clueless

i suppose you can, you may as well try and if they don't reply then you can call later

btw i didn't have the other problems, only the blue screen one and it happened many times a day and pissed me off no end

i also thought they would have no idea what it was but i didn't know who else to call (since it only happened when i was on the net) and the person i talked to knew what it was as soon as i mentioned it.

I was emailed back and they told me to do a few things including this:

Update your USB driver from your computer manufacturer.

4. If your computer is using a VIA chipset then obtain the latest BIOS revision from the manufacturer of the computer.


Problem is I have a custom computer from ARC, so how would I get these updates, how do I determine whom from.

Ye I've got many VIA and VIA related chipsets, which ones do you have that's making these blue screen of death?

I dont know thats why I posted the screenshots up and what catagory would I look under? Am also not entirely sure what a VIA chip is, as I thought it was related to the Graphics card.
