wow, old thread! sit down kiddies, i have a bluetooth story to tell.

well i wasn't there, but i have a detailed description of what happened. a few of my school buddies went to a business studies (?) excursion, only to be stuck in a boring powerpoint style lecture. apparently there were a few other schools there as well. well, my friend being the super funny idiot that he is, decided to use his phone for entertainment.

he found to his amazement that via bluetooth, he picked up the laptop (yes, laptop) connected to the powerpoint projector. so, in humourous fashion, he sends the message:

I LOVE THE PENIS!

and it flashed on the huge screen for a few seconds, oblivious to the presenter.
Haha your friends rock

Im looking forward to my next train trip now :p

has anyone tried finding other ppl with bluetooth like on a train or something and then trying to send them stuff from ur fone to theirs? i tried to do this with my motorola e398, it finds the fones and everything, but when i choose the phone to send it to, it just says "seeking" and doesnt do anything :S so for anyone who knows wat i'm talking about, am i doing it wrong?
When sending message via bluetooth, try writing the message in the name section of a contact and sending the contact as a business card. Many Sony Ericsson and earlier Nokia phones auto accept incoming business cards, while they need user confirmation for other file types.
