It depends on the exams you're doing... the 2U Maths exam was pretty hard... so I don't think it applies to all subjects.. maybe you're just lucky!

I have heard from a lot of people that 2U was hard, some people in the exam room left, crying.

I just hope chemistry isn't as hard.

They will cry over anything, even a mark that is exceptionally good like 90%, because one of the selective students (forgot the name of the school) nearly cried over 82% or was pissed over an english exam, the 1st test he had for english, what an LOSER.

um there is nothing wrong with high standards. its a big generalisation to say a ruse student will cry over 90%, and if they do perhaps its coz they know they could have done a lot better and were disapointed in themselves.

umm of all the exams that I've done so far, they are pretty difficult

Ext 1 and 2 Maths were both long and hard
French the comprehension part just stunned me
Physics there were a lot of application of skills which I am not too good at.

English, no need to talk about that bloody poem!

I never said is wrong for having HIGH standards, yeah i guess it is a generalisation for what i said.

But surely even if they have that kind of standard, it seems STUPID to cry over such a great mark, don't you think? i think so

well if some1 really wants to get into law and misses out by .1 and get 99.2 or sumthing, of course he or shes gonna be pretty upset, but then there are thousands of others who would dream of getting anything above 90.... but the thing is you really shouldnt compare yourself with other people's standards, i mean u can use them as motivation and so on but in the end, be happy with yourself and what you achieved rather than getting pissed bout others..

The BoS going easy on us? That's what they want you to think...

But seriously, the papers (And this is a generalisation, based on the subjects I do) have seemed pretty decent, with the questions being of a broad nature. (Such as the 'King Lear' question in Adv.Paper Two.).. Feel bad for the 2-U people though.

yeah, they might be going easy on us with exams but not with the attractiveness of the hsc external examiner guys
our main lady i'm just itching to get her attention like i need a booklet or to piss and when she comes over just whisper in the same tone as the booklet/piss questions, "why is your face so lobsided?"

but dudes!!

in the end it doesn't really matter is the actual BOS goes hard or easy on us. everything works out relative to the canditure =)

however, u know what's more sickening though than ruse kids crying over 90s?

i bumped into a year 9 kid a school who was crying, asked her why and she'd gotten high 70s in her history exam and thought that her world was collapsing about her feet....

this is in the context of me having my hsc modern history the next day with absolutely jack all in my brain...

i had to try so hard not to laugh and put on a really sympathetic face!! hehehe
