Quester, P., McGuiggan, R., Perreault, Jr. W., and McCarthy, E. Marketing Creating and Delivering Value, Fourth edition, McGraw Hill Australia, 2004.

R. Stonecash, Gans, J., S. King, and. N. G. Mankiw (2003) Principles of Macroeconomics, Second Edition, Thomson, Sydney.
