we did both - upper strength, lower, cardio, but concentrated more on my legs....i did a lot of boxercise as well, this was like 6 months ago when i was 'active'

MuaHUAhauh just 4 months of doing absolutely nothing has made me soOo lazy

but yeah - gonna start again soon (hopefully)

You should definitely start again! I've like totally turned into a gym junkie.. (not obsessed, but pretty close). I never do cardio at the gym though.. don't need all the other chicks seeing me heave my heavy carcus along the treadmill, lol.
