Ok I'm a shocking brekky eater, and I need some healthy options...

Something that will drag me out of bed and MAKE me want to make it

At the moment I am drinking coffee with a few slices of toast... I'm hungry as soon as I walk out the door, like 20 mins later.
Input is appreciated!!

[p.s. I don't like milk/soy milk, so cereal is out of the question...]

Fruit. As in fresh, nice fruit.

Grilled tomatoes and mushrooms on toast.

Random "healthy" stuff in toasted sandwiches

Well, if you do, make sure they're not too finely chopped, small 1x1x1cm like cubes are fine.

If you cbf grilling them, chuck a tiny bit (ie 5-10 ml) of oil onto a pan, and toss the stuff around for a bit until they're slightly browner/have bits and pieces of black around the edges. Overcook it, and you'll have to start again.

WARNING: Seriously, don't eat the overcooked crap. I mean it. The juices that come out with burnt shit taste is disgusting.

Ahaha, I hate over cooked/burnt food.

My mum has one of those thingies where you toast it, like a flat toaster thing with a top on a hinge and I dont know that name for it haha but can I use one of them?

breville grill things? theyre the shit
toasted cheese and ham sandwich
oh also, what i used to have for breakfast, before i got too lazy to do it all
i used to make this juice (pineapple, orange, watermelon, celery)
kept me full for a good few hours
but id make it myself and itd take ages to peel the fruit, cut it up, put it through the juicer and clean it all up.
so i just have fruit in the morning. easiest thing to do..

I'm thinking it's a toasted sandwich maker? Well, if it can squish two pieces of bread together, cook them and have no stuff falling out, then you're good to go. The stuff inside can get all hot and unflavoured inside though - put a bit some sort of random sauce (anything works here, I don't care if it's too unhealthy, anything from balsamic sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, mayo, french dressing..nothing too thick. And only about 2-3 squirts. You don't want a mayo flavoured toasted thing - oh, don't try tomato/bbq sauce. Seriously yuk.)

Depends on the sandwich maker and how fast you can wash & chop 1/2 a normal sized tomato, and a few mushrooms. If you peel the mushrooms (like I do), all up takes about 10-15 mins. Then chuck on bread and cook!

So, wake at about 7
