did you hear that the 80 YAM requirement has been removed?

Well they were thinking of reducing the requirement to 75 - thats the requirement for the arts/med and music/med ppl i think - but I'm not sure what came of that. In any case, with a bit of intelligence and application, 80 is quite easy to come by, so it's not something you really need to worry about.
