Did this but with a few better parts for about $200 less. Got a STRIX 970, ASUS mobo, SSHD 2TB, 240 GB EVO SSD. There are places that sell parts that aren't on the PC part picker site which gave me a few good prices. Did not need to get a single thing delivered either. I picked everything up by hand and drove to places. Also, I didn't require liquid cooling. On a hot day I pull around 36 degrees on a light load (around 26-27 degree ambient). In a 20 degree environment, I can get to 30 to 31 degrees in a light load.

Also, I went for 4 x 4 GB DDR4 2400 MHz. I can always add more RAM later given I have 8 slots to work with, when I need it and when it is cheaper.

Playing a recent game (NFS The Crew) I get around 44 to 45 degrees in a 23-24 ambient temperature.

with liquid cooling, your pc will be frozen in winter. Just keep the temp. chill and cool
