Do ANU students have lecutres/classes during Bush Week (21 - 25 July) ??

the calender says

21 - M - Third Teaching Period and Second Semester begin
25 - F - Bush Week Activities – no classes

hmmm i honestly can't remember (was a long time ago lol). I'm going to assume there will be preliminary lectures in the first week (no tutes though)

Yes, this is my 3rd year and i've always had classes over bush week

I've found most-all science classes are canceled for the Friday, I think lecturers are asked to not schedule anything for that day, but it does depend on the individual courses...

bush week is a weak equivelent of o week for students who come in sem 2. From memory they just have a bbq and a few events to make union court seem exciting.

i agree,
having said that i have had a [science] class on that friday before, but the lecturer was angry at the holiday lol.
