hi ppl,

just wanted to know, what course r we required to do if we want to have the
MBA degree

which university is the best 4 it?

the amount of years require you to do a MBA depends on the uni i think
for MQ, i think you only need 3years of management experience??? (my friend told me as he is in his 2/3 yr of experience)

you dont need a prior degree, but i think you need a business reference and a certain amount of years experience...an MBA is my dads only degree i find it amusing

why would u really need it anyway. I can't see much sense. If you have enough experience and have good communications skills you should be able to get any job, even without an MBA.

AGSM & MGSM is the best in Oz.
Usually u need a 3-5 yrs working experience after completing any Bachelor degree.
Depends on the Uni regulation.
Why don't u checkout their website

In MGSM, u need to have a GPA of 3.00 or above & min. 3yrs working experience.
If u have less than 3.00, then u need to have a 5yrs working experience.

But not to worry, they usually have a pathway degree, like a Diplom or Master of Management completed before u can attend the MBA program.

If u have no Bachelor degree but has work in the specific industry for certain number of years, u may aplly & got acceted too.

That's why MBA is really popular, esp in the US.

my dad finished his this yr and he kept bitching about having to do all these assessments and shit

i dont noe, its funny hearing a 46 yr old whinge about having to study for an exam, especially when he carried on more then me

lol...ahh the memories of my dad 'studying'...nah he worked really hard at it. The best part is i get to read through all his unit folios and old assignments. Its really interesting stuff, and applies to my interests as well.
