Should I use dot points for everything in the body with one or two sentences relating to a case study under each heading and subheading? Or do you recommend writing in full sentences for the majority of the report?

Also should I draw some diagrams in the exam paper when I'm writing this report?

Bulk of it should be sentences. You can introduce ideas (if there are more than one) with bullet points, but don't over do it. e.g

The main sources XYZ business could use for funding are:

1. A
2. B
3. C

The way A could be used is...

B would allow...

The main advantage of C however...
