I'll jot down some bullet points to give you a starting point
* Nationalism/identity
* Use of icons, such as the national animals/national anthem, distorting it to reflect uncomfortable/importance message surrounding rising
* Contrasting discourse, typically anthems are about national pride, the obesity epidemic is not a source of pride, but of shame for most countries.
* Australian typically portrays/stereotype of the chiselled bronze Aussie, whilst this is not the case (Dramatic irony?)
