If i failed both Mathematics Assessment which were worth 10 and 20 %, would it affect my UAI hugely? Is it still possible to get over 90 if i do the other subjects well?
It would be really helpful if somebody can give me a clue of what's going to happen. Thank you...

Marks don't mean anything, only your rank does

So if you failed and still obtained a good rank you should be fine, regards to UAI nothing can be said with these little assessments.

well you do have another 70% of your maths assessment still till go, so theres plenty of time to crawl your rank back up and still do respectably well
just dont stuff up the trials, since thats usually a big chunk of your assessment
