I think OP meant if he can buy raw marks. I don't know how much they sell out for but I suspect a hundred dollar bill will do the trick

Was good back in the day, when people used some law loophole to get their papers back for free , i think it was some kind of freedom act or something.

Nvm: found it, it was the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act)
You could just send a small processing fee of ($30) and you get all your info for (presumbly) all your subjects.
