whats a nice looking mp3/cd player, price range max is 110...

I'm looking @ the Sony one on the JB HIFI website atm

and are they hard to install? or where can you get them installed?

You can get it installed at the store you buy it from. Or you can install it yourself. The installing part isn't the hard part (e.g. plugging in cables), but the hard part is how to get the old player out of the dash to install the new one.
