So career expo will be held tomorrow. Is it recommended for first year student to go or find an opportunity there?
I feel like: I got no experience until next year, can you keep me a spot?

You can just go , don'y worry! You can talk to the employers to see how you could go in the later

It's more about opening your eyes to opportunities so you get a sense of who the graduate employers are and meeting them. You may also get some freebies/brochures to help give you ideas.

Tbh I reckon even the most enthusiastic and career-oriented students won't be bothered to go until second year. But don't let that stop you.

I met quite a lot of first year students when I last went. But I'd say an even larger number would've been international students.
