I get the first one which is (1,-1) but for the second one i get <4,3> and the answers have it the other way round, i am doing rise over run and corresponding that to the x and y components is that wrong?

Maybe they have potentially made a mistake (or I'm losing my marbles ).

I also get <4, 3>. Using the dot product, you get around 81.87 deg.
