Hey,
I've applied through UAC to transfer to B Business at UTS (City campus). I've completed my first year at uni, doing B Business (Accounting) at UWS. My GPA for the year was 5.25, which, according to the GPA schedule, is equivalent to a UAI of 91.

I've called UTS and they said that for the course I've applied for, they only take your uni results into account if you complete at least one year of tertiary study.

I realise that the cutoff for B Business is 90.15 and that the cutoff has been slightly decreasing over the past 2 years. Do I have a good chance of getting in?

i would say your chances are good. i even think that nrsl cutoffs are usually lower, not sure about that one though.

put it this way... i know people at tafe that recieved all distinctions (88 Rank) with 70 to 80 UAI's.

Getting the final rank = UAI + NRSL Index..do the math..(low cutoff)

i'd say the NRSL is 80 something.
