Looks like the shooter had some weird anti-facist leanings, but is from a fairly conservative family. Looking at the history, Im thinking maybe mental illness might be involved (scholarships to college, dropped out pretty quickly and has been all over the place since).

Most would be assassins in the US tend to be loners, outcasts or the mentally ill, it doesnt seem to be anything outside of the mould

ok well nervous breakdown is a stretch but to compare one person getting shot, US elections and US affairs with china is not on the same wavelength of a whole genocide
look im just saying that caring too much abt what happens in the US is just unnecessary; however, in saying that i do understand that some people just lack purpose in their life and tend to follow popular discussion trends

I'm keen to see how many countries the US falls apart into tbh.

The sheer scale of extremism and violence in their culture isn't sustainable imo, and while Kirk wasn't a Franz Ferdinand, he's definitely evidence to my belief that US politics needs shocking and intense violence to distract it's population, who are themselves barely surviving under the boot of capitalism.

The people are divided and isolated, the martyrs are dreadfully uninspiring, and the internet helps it all unfold at 3x speed.
