i asked them at the uni and they said that u dont register for that tut - u just turn up if u think u need help with the course. Its a help session.

Possibly a bit late to share this little gem but you'll never not be able to register in a tute. If they all fill up, the lecturer will quite often ask at the first lecture if anyone missed out and then you'll get shoved onto the end of whichever list. You can't NOT have a tute session. You CAN get stuck with a shitty one though, as it seems like you're all quickly discovering.
