It's early days but I have this Chemistry Assessment - a practical!

Plan, design, carry out and write up a first hand practical investigation to determine the molar heat of a solution of a named ionic compound.

Does anybody know any good sites/resources for molar heat of a solution (and if possible Chemistry for dumbies (very easy to understand) type sites cause I find the subject terribly hard)? If so, any posts of website links and resources would be of vitality in the planning of the practical. Cheers.
