say you are a hardcore 7hrs+/night type
in year 12 you will have to up that into 9hrs just to keep your year 11 rankings because you will find that everyone else has turn it up

How will nerding it up in year 11 affect stamina/willpower/self discipline/intellectual capacity etc in year 12?
It does, believe me. I worked too hard in Year 11 and right now its 2 weeks from the trials and I am completely unprepared because I feel so burned out. I didn't expect to feel this way. Even though I'm pushing myself to keep going, my ranks have been slipping and I failed an English exam for the first time in my entire life.

Anyway - the moral of the story is - enjoy year 11 and don't stress about it! There'll be plenty of time for you to stress when you're in Yr 12 next year...

..sent here to warn you about your investment sche.......i mean hsc anyone remember those ads?
lol, yeah I remember those :p

pffft! I'd be lucky to do one hour per night. lol. 7 hours is impossible, especially as 3 days per week I am either at work or in Extension English classes for 3 hours after school.

im currently trying to learn as much yr 12 stuff as possible so i wont be so stressed next year. if anything, my nerding up this year is actually gonna alleviate workload the next, wouldnt you agree?

Yes. Yes i am. You may be my queen. hehe

Pressure is also a big stress point that WASTES your time baby! i mean I know heaps of people who have no expectations for hsc and their forsight might be limited to "yeah i might go to uni if i get the marks....i dont know"
But if you.....have a history of doing OK, and like me, have ambitions of world domination, lots is expected of you. If i dont do the course i want, i dont know what id do...my parents are already planning for a move to uni etc etc. I dont think repeating HSC/staying with parents/TAFE is an option for me.............................HENCE THE TIME WASTING---its not happening in a far out kinda way

peace out
