it's pretty impressive how you were born and raised here, but can still handle chinese background speakers...have you been to chinese school before?

haha. chinese class is fun sometimes because you get to 'fob-out' for a while, we're always chatting, doing our own stuff, socialising and making fun of the teacher. oh, and class discussion can get very interesting because the issues we talk about are all so relevant (youth culture, chinese communities overseas, etc)
but the teacher's attitude really really really gets me.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA omg when we studied the "long de chuan ren" lyrics in class, everyone was complaining how dull the song was and how mad jay's songs were, then the teacher was like, "hmph! jay chou? i saw his performance on the new year's eve concert, how could you kids like that kinda...crap? it's not even music!"
then he started to imitate jay, with awkard arm gestures and 'rap'. (our teacher is a short, ugly chinese man in his late 40's, with a screwed up face, glasses and huge eyebrows)

aww, the actual situation was heaps funnier :(
