I would like to know which of the etudes from (1-12) is the hardest and most technically advanced to play?

From experience I would say #4 is technically the most demanding one

I think Chopin etude op 25 sounds better than op 10

Op 10 No 12 is very impressive when played well and about Licentiate level. Op 10 no 4 is also very technically demanding.
