There's not many doing environmental at all. Last year, if I remember correctly, there were only about 10 out of 200 doing environmental alone, and about another 10 doing civil and environmental combined.

Engineering students are well known drinkers. Every now and then you'll see parties held outside the civil building, but they're usually small and consist only of 3rd/4th years. A few organised social events also prop up every now and then and they all usually heavily involve alcohol

Elsoc has some BBQ's at the physics lawn sometimes.
