check your PM's ^ , the only other problem with armidale is accomodation, they have those colleges but they are all full-catered and i prefer to spend my $$$ on my own food that can be consumed any time of the day (im eating dinner now as a matter of fact)
Not all the colleges are fully-catered, 6 colleges are but Wright Village College isn't. I hear they're building another college next to it so it will be interesting to see if that is fully catered or not.

Yeh, i thought u had to be in the country for it.

Isn't that way the UAC application asked if you wanted to authorise someone to accpet/decline offers etc on your behalf? In case you were away or un able to do it yourself...

2006ers - What do you want to do after the HSC?

Out of interest....without consideration of UAI entrance requirements etc...what would your ideal course at uni be?

My ideal courses would be:

B Med/B Surgery @ USYD
B Vet Sci @ USYD
B Med Sci @ USYD
B Law/Arts @ MQ (or if its at USYD)

Because knowing the requirements of the course you want to get in will help guide you and motivate your during the HSC. If you want to get into Medicine it would be good to make the choice now to work as hard as you can to achieve it..

I honestly can't remember what mine are atm but I know I want to change. I don't feel like doing a computer degree if I miss out on law...Medical Science appeals to me these days. So they'd most probably be:

B Arts/B Laws @ MQ
B Business/B Laws @ UWS <- assuming the UAI entrance doesn't increase I can get in based on my RET score....but I'm sure my UAI would be higher than that
B Medical Science @ UNSW
Yeah after this I have no idea...I'm really focusing on Law or doing well in first year to either transfer out of UWS for law (if thats where I end up going) or transfer into Vet Sci @ Usyd or Medicine @ UWS

What pisses me off is the huge cut off difference between law Schools around sydney. UWS @ 85 (however like a yr ago it was 91 or sumfin) to 99@usyd...so if i get a good UAI at say 94, I'll still end up going to UWS law...
