Commerce Core Units of Study (1 Viewer)

ive just had a look at the 2006 handbook and it says the core units are...

ACCT1001
ACCT1002
ECMT1010
ECON1001
ECON1002
INFS1000
FINC2011
GOVT2558
MKTG2010
WORK2218
ECOF3001

i cant remember exactly...but is this different to the 'old system'? coz quite frankly, id hate to waste time/credit points on subjects that i cant see any relevance to my majors (namely the last 4).

so i guess my question is...do i HAVE to do all these 11 core units for my commerce degree?? and are there any alternatives?

I believe you can choose to use the rules under which you enrolled (ie 05 handbook) instead of the current set.
