imo always use column form, it uses way more space but it’s pretty much impossible to make mistakes with column form and it’s also easier to find mistakes if you do make them

A very common error is choosing the wrong basis vectors in a geo proof question.

If you try an impose a specific set of vectors on any given question and suddenly end up introducing unnecessary angles, you're gonna have a bad time.
