Computer Assignment: Nomenclature (1 Viewer)

Apparently this is the the second week computer assignment (look at our CHEM1011 Session 1 2007 timetable available on WebCT).

Has everyone done it? I haven't.



Is it possible to do the 2nd week computer assignment in the 3rd week?

And my Chem tutor (an old lady who has an British(?) accent) is a joke.

I'm afraid at this point in time if you try clicking on week 2 computer assingment it will just give you an explanation of the solutions, no ability to now complete it.

Ummm... you could try begging a lecturer/tutor/head of department. But otherwise I think thats only like 0.85% lost.

Lol I have her for lab and tutorial aswell, I think she knows her stuff really well. But yeah like you I got nothing out of last weeks tutorial.

I don't believe so. Out of the twelve computer assignments you do, marks are allocated for each 'correct' (I believe its obtaining a score of 100%) assignment capped up to a maximum of 10. So if she aces her next ten assignments, she's perfectly fine academic-wise.

I went and did this weeks computer exercise again today and managed to get 5/5. But I got a little pop up saying that a lot of students did not complete last weeks assingment so they are giving you this week to do it aswell. So all is not lost

Backtrack to what I said previously. Twelve computer assignments. Best 10 get counted (as long you have 5/5 once per week or so, assuming that 'correct' means 100%). jemsta's advice is gold, deadset. Working with friends is definitely the best way to go. Spreading through attempts from person to person is definitely easiest way to get 5/5, especially for the 'harder' assignments to come.
