Hi!
I'm doing an extended response question (2007 HSC) and it asks to identity and analyse TWO conditions that have led to the reform of criminal law.
I know the changing composition of society and societal values is one (or maybe it can come under 2?) but i was wondering are you able to include things like the introduction of new technologies and failure of existing laws in as well?
They come under a different dotpoint (new concepts in justice)
Thankyou! =]

From the HSC syllabus they generally accept:
-changing social values and composition of society,
-new concepts of justice
-failure of existing law
-international law
-new technology.
