From current episodes.

Hugo- causes family conflict by his reappearance. Later places Martha, Gena and Xavier in a dangerous situation whereby they fight for their lives. Resolved by Hugo and Tony saving them.

Angelo & Hugo- Angelo has a deep conflict with Hugo due to the people smuggling incident. When the main smuggler Eaves tries to kill Hugo and his family Angelo cuts him a deal (resolved) by letting Hugo have a shortened jail sentence if he helps bring down Eaves. Later Angelo, further sees Martha's love for Hugo and let's the duo escape to live happily and freely together.

Tony and John- Tony shows conflict towards John, as John has been seeing Jill when he is supposed to be in love with Tony's sister Gina. Conflict boils over when Jill invites John to dinner where Tony is. Tony resolves the matter temporarily by fighting John down on the beach.

Gina and Jill- Jill sees Gina as overpowering and wants everything her way with John. Jill resolves the matter by sleeping with John and stealing him from Gina.

Tony and Rachel- Rachel feels that Tony is fighting too much and not thinking about the safety of Harry. Rachel resolves the conflict by asking Tony not to fight anymore. Tony agrees that he is acting childish and being arrogant at times.

This is all I can think of at the moment. Someone else could probably add more. However, hope it helps! :)
