Will do...

Does anyone have any common law decisions for each of the 4 concerns, i.e. marketing and advertising; licensing; contracts; and credit??

I have plenty of case law, but no actual common law decision which set precedents!

Most of the concerns are addressed in statute. Contract is the common law foundation of consumer law and negligence can also provide a remedy.

In terms of adversitsing: cases like Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain v Booths Cash Chemists which distinguish an offer from an invitation to treat. You could also use cases such as Carllil v Carbollic.

Licensing has is controlled under licensing stautes, as is credit however the nature of the contract is subject to common law at times.
