coping with extreme emotional stress just before and leading up to exams (2 Viewers)

hello. will be brief as i dont see this as a forum for complaining:
-i need help (advice, links, tips) really anything at all will be appreciated in dealing with extreme amounts of emotional stress leading up to and just before exams.

I had a totally horrible and ugly break up the morning of the exam, and honestly just feel like breaking down and crying. i had my first 2 exams for prelim today (physics and legal) and found it extremely hard to cope with being able to put behind my emotional issues during the exam as i found that i was constantly drifting to those issues. Any advice that will help being able to concentrate while studying for my other upcoming exams will be appreciated. sleep is also looking like it will be a huge problem so any tips to deal with that as well will also help.

I think you can also get a special consideration form from your year advisor or another higher up teacher to gain some extra marks, depending on your circumstances.
