I worked for Cotton On and Cotton On Kids for nearly a year. It was a NIGHTMARE. I had to fight for EVERYTHING from being paid the right amount, to being given adequate breaks, to receiving my entitled payments on public holidays.
My regional manager was rude and aggressive and I was told off for not wearing enough make up (which was NOT stipulated anywhere in my contract). I had to buy new clothes every few weeks to keep up with the current stock, which I was not told prior to commencing my position there.
If you're offered an interview at Cotton On, I'd advice you to run as far away as you can, as fast as you can and don't turn back.
