I just thought that it sounded a bit strange for chemical engineering

Why UNSW?
-They seem to value Engineering more than the other uni's (you know what I mean if you go to open days, talks, etc.)
-New CSE building, and they see "computing" subjects as a seprate school, not a subset of "electrical".

one more reason to add to McLake's ...
- say, u go outside of australia to work. i know for a fact that unsw's engg courses are better recognised than those of usyd or uts !! for eg, in usa, ppl havent even heard of uts !!
so when it comes to the prestige issue, i rekon unsw comes good ...

I'm doing computer science/law... (2nd yr)

Sem 1: Foundations of Law, Contracts 1, Public Law, Higher Data Organisation, Software Construction.

Sem 2: Torts, Contracts 2, Digital System Structures, Discrete Mathematics.

I'm trying to rearrange classes etc atm though, so some units of study might end up switching semesters (such as discrete maths).

Btw, comp sci at usyd sux0rs. :) imo.
