i have a crime assessment task and one of the questions is
evaluate your findings and assess the effectiveness of the law in relation to the crime you have studied. give reasons for your evaluation


should this be a essay form writing or structured legal form, and anyone ggot any ideas on what to write

if the answer was given in a structured form then yes , it should be structured.
if it wasnt, then a general unstructed essay is cool.
in the hsc, crime essays are always structured.

don't bother with a full blown essay, concentrate on your analysis. Make your points clear and back them up

and i know this is stupid to even say but just incase you didnt remember the best way to back up what u say is through case studies refered to and the use of different legislations etc... anywayz pointless to say cause u prolly already know

also when writing it use your syllabus as a guide to make sure you cover all the points
