a) i just worked it out. and it becomes 15m ( our class had a different question in which they asked what length the aliens see instead of the observer on earth.

c) 16.67 hours

hi guys i dont think u should be discussing the answers because there are alot of people who are doing the physics paper 2morrow becuase of clashes that happened today...

so yeah... dont give them the advantage...

^ Makes a good point.
Some students did IT/VET today, (who are also Physics students).

yeah thats what happened to me but i did physics in the morning and IT in the arvo...

Should I be a good samaritan, or not? :)

I've finished my trial exams (as of this afternoon; Physics), so I don't have much to lose (unless such BoS visitors are from my school, who also undertake Physics, then that might be a problem) :)

yeh i got 16.67 hrs too then i thought about it.. .. the twin paradox theory, how they both think the OTHER is younger. so therefore the family sees the man gone as 6hrs and he sees himself as gone for 10hrs.. then again i could be wrong thats just want i did

i dont think it was terribly hard....jus some bits were tricky, but it wasnt very long.

(Reading time was about 1:07 to 1:12pm)

I finished at about 2:30pm with nothing to do.
That's because I couldn't do a few. (No specifics, yet :))

I thought the exam was good,
