I just unsure of the current dispute relsolution procedures for labour market. I am aware that it involves concilliation and arbitration but unsure of who conducts these with in current Industrial Relations Framework.

any help would be much appreciated :)

Collective Bargaining: conflicting parties attempt to reach an agreement through direct negotiations by their representatives. there is no third party in this situation.

Conciliation: third party attempts to get the conflicting parties to agree on a settlement.

Arbitration: third party makes a decision like a parent.

-AIRC may intervene if need be
-these disputes may take place in civil courts, supreme courts, even the high court.

do u know what federal body has taken over the AIRC is it Fair Work Australia or something else?

AIRC is still running til the 31st of December this year. Fair Work (there's something else in the name can't remember) is taking over as of next year.
