The current Unemployment rate is 4.6% and the current underemployment rate is 5.3% (I think)
So to add them together do i just add them together to make 9.9%?
Please help
Thank you!

just remember that the underemployed are actually employed, but would like to work more hours. however, unemployed would like to work but cant find a job. so the two are quite different
