"Mathomat" is the common one. It really wont help you much for 3U (As you should already know all of the little bits of information on it.) Try your newsagent or pencraft.
They are a bit smaller than A4 size, and come in a few colours. If you are going to get one, get the one with the parabola and the ellipses with different eccentricities. Thats all I use it for (Locus + Parabola and Conics (4U).)
