Sorry but could someone please explain the procedure in actually obtaining the rights to creating your own custom status? I really want to know how.

It's actually a minimum of 260 days registered.

Okay, this should be fixed up now.

For custom status, you need to meet at least one of the following criteria:

a) Reputation of at least 125 points.
b) Registered for at least 260 days.
c) Made at least 2000 posts.

It could be up to an hour until the changes take effect.
