when do people get it? because there are people who have registered when i did and have less posts than me and still have it but i dont..

are you sure you don't? have you checked in the control panel and seen you don't have somewhere to type it in? or maybe they are mods?

i didnt realise i had mine until i reached about 1900 posts when i decided to chnage my avatar

Apparently mine was reached when i was on about 1000-1200 posts and I was not withhin the required cut off date!
Mayvbe Laz decided I would be special because I am such a majorly valued contributor to the BoS?
