I think it's about Aug 2003 atm. Cos I have an old account that i forgot the passowrd to, then had to change email addresses, so I could never get into it again even if I tried to retrieve it :rolleyes, so I reregistered as this 'new' account. But about a month-ish ago I just remembered the old pw, and the account had custom - with a 0 post count!?!??? I wonder if i can merge the accounts hehe.

When and how you get CS is a complete mystery to me
Only because there are so many exceptions to exactly when people say you will get it...
Oh and I cheated to get my CS... modding
